Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead our residential sales team while also playing an active, hands-on role in day-to-day sales activity. Alongside managing the team, you will conduct valuations, carry out viewings, progress sales, and help deliver outstanding customer service throughout the entire client journey.

Key Responsibilities



Lead, motivate, and support the Sales team to meet and exceed performance targets Conduct property valuations and win new instructions Undertake viewings, offer negotiations, and applicant management as part of the sales process Drive sales pipeline progression from valuation through to completion Maintain high standards of presentation and accuracy across all property listings Monitor KPIs and report performance figures to the Director Deliver exceptional customer service to sellers and buyers Assist with marketing strategies and local business development Provide mentoring, training, and regular 1:1 support to team members Ensure compliance with legislation and internal procedures

Skills & Experience Required



Proven experience in estate agency sales (Senior Negotiator, Valuer, Assistant Manager, or Manager level) Comfortable conducting valuations and securing instructions Confident carrying out viewings and progressing sales Strong leadership skills with a proactive, results-driven attitude Excellent communication, negotiation, and people skills Strong IT skills including

Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word

, and CRM/property software Professional, organised, and able to manage both management duties and a personal sales workload Knowledge of the local property market (preferred)
