We're now looking for a Sales Manager to help drive our commercial success and cement Aethos as the go-to hotel for the city's creative, entertainment, leisure and corporate communities.
Role:
Growing and managing your own portfolio of accounts across key London segments.
Prospecting new business, opening doors, and keeping Aethos front-of-mind in a crowded market.
Supporting the Director of Sales on strategy, pacing, segmentation and pipeline.
Building relationships with agencies, creative industries, brands and cultural partners.
Delivering smart proposals, hosting site visits and representing Aethos at industry events.
Working closely with Membership, Rooms, FB and Marketing to build compelling, cross-department opportunities.
What we're looking for:
+3 years' sales experience in hotels, lifestyle hospitality, or a relevant commercial field.
Someone who thrives in a fast-moving, opening environment and loves the hustle.
Strong networker with confidence, personality and commercial instinct.
Organised, proactive, target-driven, and able to juggle multiple priorities.
A natural storyteller who can sell the energy and culture of Aethos.
