The Sales Manager role

Proven experience in a sales or events role within hospitality, restaurants or event venues, with a strong ability to manage high volumes of enquiries and events without compromising attention to detail or guest experience. A proactive, driven and personable ambassador for Quo Vadis and the El Pastor Group, representing brand standards and values at all times. This is a high-pressure role, requiring strong organisation, flexibility and the ability to balance efficiency with a personal, guest-focused approach. Demonstrated experience supporting and delivering a sales strategy that drives revenue across private events, group dining and restaurant reservations. Strong experience building and maintaining relationships with corporate accounts, concierge partners, key industry bodies and high-value personal clients to encourage repeat business. Comfortable working with data and KPIs to track performance and implement tactical sales initiatives in collaboration with the Head of Sales. Confident using reservations and CRM platforms such as SevenRooms to optimise conversion, yield and effective utilisation of venue space. Proven ability to manage the end-to-end private events process, from lead generation and outreach through to execution and guest experience. Collaborative in approach, working closely with chefs and operations teams to ensure menus, logistics and delivery align with Quo Vadis and El Pastor standards. Experienced in planning and delivering targeted promotions to support off-peak bookings and private event sales, working alongside marketing and communications teams. Availability to support large evening events when required as part of the role. A genuine understanding of and enthusiasm for the Harts Group family of brands.
