Job Summary

We are recruiting a

Sales Manager

to support daily sales activity while developing leadership, coaching, and performance management skills. This role is part of a structured development programme and is ideal for high-performing sales professionals looking to take their first step into leadership.

You will work closely with experienced managers, supporting team performance, setting standards, and leading by example in a professional and compliant sales environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead by example through active participation in sales and customer engagement Support and motivate team members to achieve individual and group targets Assist with onboarding, coaching, and day-to-day support of new starters Monitor activity levels and contribute to performance discussions Help plan and organise team schedules and sales activity Maintain company standards, compliance guidelines, and professional conduct

Requirements

Strong communication and leadership potential Background in sales or customer-facing roles preferred Confident supporting and influencing others Organised, reliable, and performance-driven Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop Previous formal management experience not required - full leadership training provided
