Queen's Lane Consultants is hiring a Sales Manager to lead and scale its outbound sales operation during a period of strong growth.
This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who enjoys building structure, developing people, and driving performance through data and process. You'll take ownership of an established outbound function and be responsible for turning it into a high-performing, scalable sales engine.
While you won't be expected to be on the phones day-to-day, this role is close to the detail: coaching calls, refining scripts, analysing performance, and setting the standard for how outbound sales is done across the business.
