About the Role:
We're looking for a
high-energy, results-oriented Sales Manager
to lead and elevate our team of
Setters, Treatment Coordinators, and Closers
in a thriving dental clinic focused on growth and patient satisfaction.
This is a
player-coach
position, you'll not only manage and mentor the team but also jump in to handle calls, consultations, and deals when needed. You'll be the driving force behind ensuring that every lead, conversation, and conversion contributes to the clinic's ambitious revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, motivate, and manage
a team of sales professionals (Setters, Treatment Coordinators, and Closers) to consistently hit and exceed revenue and conversion targets.
Act as a player-coach:
step in to close key deals, support the team in complex cases, and model high-performance sales behaviors.
Track and manage all critical sales KPIs
, including:
Booking rate
Call volume and quality of calls
Show rate (appointments attended)
Close rate (treatments accepted)
Cash collected
Lead conversion and follow-up metrics
Maintain robust data tracking and reporting systems
to ensure every stage of the sales funnel is monitored, optimized, and aligned with business goals.
Collaborate closely with marketing and operations teams
to align lead generation, campaign execution, and patient experience strategies.
Analyse performance trends
and implement actionable improvement plans to increase conversion efficiency and maximise revenue.
Ensure quality and consistency
in all patient interactions, from the first contact to treatment acceptance and payment collection.
Develop and deliver training
to continuously elevate team performance, communication, and conversion skills.
Report regularly to senior leadership
with clear insights, forecasts, and recommendations for scaling growth.
What We're Looking For
Proven track record in
sales management
, preferably in
dental, medical, aesthetic, or other high-ticket service industries

Strong

Compensation
Base Salary:
60,000 plus BONUS. Earning potential 150,000
