We're an established web design agency serving B2B clients across the UK. We need a sales manager with a proven track record.

This is an office-based role in Manchester Town Centre.

Base Salary:

12% of every website sale

Uncapped commission.

What You'll Do

Be on the telephone Close 16-20 websites per month Manage all leads Follow up aggressively on prospects Once established Build and train a sales team (starting Month 2-3) Report on sales activity and pipeline

What We're Looking For

Essential:

12+ months B2B sales experience Proven track record of high-volume closing Based in Manchester or willing to commute daily Can start January 2026

Desired:

Sales or Recruitment Background. Digital marketing or web design knowledge Confident that when the time comes you can manage a team.

Career Path

Months 1-2:

Close deals, learn our system

Months 2-4:

Recruit and train Sales Second sales Manager

Year 2:

Sales Director role with team override (OTE 120-150k+)
