Sales Manager

to lead our sales operations and help take the dealership to the next level.

Role Overview:

The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the dealership's sales process from managing stock and customer relations to improving performance and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This role requires a hands on leader who can set high standards, drive results, and maintain our reputation for quality and trust.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed targets Manage day-to-day showroom operations and ensure an excellent customer experience Oversee pricing, stock rotation, and presentation of vehicles Handle customer enquiries, negotiations, and part-exchange evaluations Analyse sales data and implement strategies to improve performance Maintain compliance with FCA and company policies Build strong relationships with customers and suppliers

Requirements:

Minimum age:

30 years

Must have held a

full UK driving licence for at least 10 years

Proven experience in automotive sales (minimum 2 years; management experience preferred) Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills Strong understanding of the used car market and customer needs Highly organised, reliable, and results-driven Flexibility to work weekends and adapt to a fast-paced environment

Working Hours:

Monday to Saturday:

9:00 am - 6:00 pm

Sunday:

10:00 am - 5:00 pm 6 days per week

Competitive salary (25,000 - 30,000 DOE) Salary review after successful 6-month probation period
