Following record-breaking results, we are seeking a proven Sales Manager with a strong background in car sales management to drive growth and lead consignments across our prestigious auction calendar.

This is a rare opportunity for a hungry, fast-paced individual who thrives in a competitive environment and wants their hard work rewarded. The right candidate will quickly progress to a Directorship within the business.

What You'll Do:

????o?????Lead sales strategy to secure high-value consignments and buyers across our auctions.

????o?????Build and manage relationships with vendors, collectors, and dealers.

????o?????Oversee a growing sales team and set ambitious targets.

????o?????Maximise revenues through proactive pipeline management and negotiation.

????o?????Represent Hampson Auctions at major automotive events, shows, and client meetings.

What We're Looking For:

????o?????Proven experience as a Car Sales Manager (dealer group or prestige sector preferred).

????o?????A track record of exceeding sales targets and leading high-performing teams.

????o?????Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.

????o?????Entrepreneurial, fast-paced, and hungry to achieve results.

????o?????Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

????o?????Ability to travel nationally as required.
