Rothes Glen



Rothes Glen is a magnificent 14-bedroom exclusive-use venue in the heart of Speyside, Scotland's world-famous whisky region. With elegant interiors, sweeping grounds and breathtaking scenery, Rothes Glen offers the ideal backdrop for private celebrations, corporate events and luxury weddings.

About the role



The Commercial Manager is responsible for all accommodation revenue for Rothes Glen. This is achieved by responding to incoming enquiries and making direct sales to distillers, agents and consumers direct. You work closely with the marketing manager to generate relevant enquiries, and the house manager to coordinate dates, activities and other opportunities, with you responsible for converting those enquiries into bookings. Once the booking is made, the visit is coordinated by the staff at the house. You enjoy exceptional client relationships, have strong opening and closing skills and exceptional customer service. Experience in hospitality sales is helpful.

Sales operations



Incoming enquires reviewed Quotes chased up Client calculation sheet created & approved Proforma invoice chased for payment Outgoing calls

World Drinks Awards



Sell entries, dinner tickets and promotional materials across all drinks categories (including Icons) as and when required. Sell sponsorship across all our awards.

Whisky Live



Sell stands and show guide advertising for Whisky Live.

Experience



Proven experience in a senior sales management role. Strong negotiation skills with a track record of securing favourable deals. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Commission scheme



Generous commission scheme with OTE 10k+ and company profit share.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 32,000.00-34,000.00 per year
