You will work closely with experienced managers, assisting with team coordination, customer engagement activity, and performance tracking in a professional and compliant environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support day-to-day sales activity and customer engagement
Assist with onboarding, coaching, and supporting junior team members
Monitor activity levels and contribute to performance discussions
Learn and apply sales management, leadership, and communication techniques
Support planning and organisation of team schedules and activity
Ensure company standards, compliance guidelines, and professional conduct are upheld
Requirements
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
