The Role
This is a senior, hands-on role requiring strategic oversight combined with day-to-day leadership. You will be responsible for driving enquiry levels, conversion rates, revenue growth, and brand positioning, while coaching and developing our excellent and established in-house sales team. Working directly with the General Manager, you will take ownership of the business's sales and marketing strategy including mapping out the existing marketing and online presence of the business and for writing and delivering content and plans for our own website and social media channels.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading and motivating the sales team to consistently exceed performance targets
Owning sales forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis
Developing and delivering the overall sales and marketing strategy
Maximising enquiry generation through digital channels and online platforms
Overseeing paid media activity including social, search, and email marketing
Analysing return on investment and optimising marketing spend
Shaping and delivering content for the website and social media channels
Driving new business opportunities while protecting the integrity of the brand
The Person
This role is pivotal to the success of West Tower. We are seeking a confident, commercially astute leader who thrives in a high-end, detail-driven environment and understands the emotional complexity of wedding sales.
You will bring a proven track record in structured sales management, strong digital capability, and the ability to inspire a small, close-knit team through hands-on leadership.

As this is a critical appointment, we are only looking for candidates who can demonstrate a structured sales management background over a minimum of 3 years. As an applying candidate you must be able to demonstrate your social & digital media knowledge along with the impact and results you have had within your career.
This is a site-based role, embedded within the West Tower sales office L39 7HJ, working most effectively four days out of seven per week. Other working arrangements (such as working 5 days per week) may be considered for an outstanding candidate with exceptional experience
