Urban cleaning is a fast growing professional cleaning company working across Air b&bs, shared homes and end of tenancy cleans. We are now looking for a sales manager to lead our sales function from our Peterborough office and help drive the next stage of growth. A fast pace role in a growing business where your impact actually matters.
Your role will include
Duties
Managing and growing the sales pipeline-(inbound&outbound calls) Closing new business for Urban cleaning across multiple services Leading and motivating a team of remote sales/admin staff Training, coaching and improving performance of your team Creating and refining sales processes, scripts, and follow up systems Tracking KPI, conversions and performance metrics working closely with operations to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients Identifying upsell and cross sell opportunities within existing account
Skills
Organised, process driven and target focused Comfortable using CRM systems, spreadsheets and basic reporting tools Self motivated and commercially minded
