We are currently looking for a Sales Manager to join us on a full-time, permanent basis.

The Role
As a Sales Manager within the renewable energy industry, you will be responsible for driving business development across gas, battery, and standby projects. Your role will involve building and maintaining client relationships, setting and achieving sales targets, and collaborating with various stakeholders including Engineering Consultants, Contractors, and Industry Associations. You will play a key role in increasing the profile of Edina in associated business sectors, generating leads, and ensuring the successful execution of sales strategies.
About You
To be considered as a Sales Manager, you will need:
- To hold a third level qualification in a Business Management or Engineering discipline or equivalent and a minimum of 2 years' engineering sales experience or a minimum of 3 years' sales experience
- To have a minimum of two years' experience in a sales role
- To have experience with securing and building client relationships
- To have experience in setting targets
- To have proven experience of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing
- To have excellent communication and negotiation skills
- To have effective IT skills and competency in the use of Microsoft Office Packages
- To hold a full current driving licence
This a full-time role, working Monday - Thursday 8.30am - 5:00pm and Friday 8:30am - 4:00pm.
The role requires a flexible approach to working conditions due to the nature of the position.
