Duties

Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team skills in customer service, product knowledge, and sales techniques. Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare reports for senior management. Foster strong relationships with customers to enhance loyalty and retention. Oversee merchandising efforts to ensure optimal product presentation and availability. Manage inventory levels, ensuring that stock is maintained according to demand. Utilise time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively within a fast-paced environment. Maintain high standards of phone etiquette when communicating with clients and team members.

Requirements

Proven experience in sales management or a similar role within the retail sector. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on interpersonal relations. Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are advantageous for engaging with a diverse customer base. Solid organisational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work. Previous supervisory experience is essential for managing team dynamics effectively. Familiarity with merchandising principles and retail operations is preferred. Administrative experience is beneficial for handling reports and documentation efficiently.
