Essential:
Proven, hands-on experience inselling Luxury Vinyl Tile (LVT) flooring
, particularly premium brands likeKarndean
. This is a must-have for the role.Preferred:
Strong background and familiarity with awide range of flooring products
(carpets, vinyl, wood, laminate, etc.).Customer Focus:
A genuine commitment to providing an outstandingcustomer experience
and resolving issues effectively.Business Acumen:
Experience with stock management, merchandising, and financial reporting is a plus.Your Role Will Involve
Driving the sales performance of the store, with a focus on high-value products like LVT. Managing customer relationships from initial consultation to successful installation. Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the sales floor. Ensuring the highest standards of presentation and customer service are maintained.
