The Role



We're looking for a driven Business Development Manager to join the region, you'll play a key part in shaping how towns, BIDs and commercial destinations celebrate and illuminate their spaces throughout the year.

This is a role where creativity meets commercial drive.

What You'll Do



Developing the territory by generating leads across councils, BIDs, retail centres and private estates. Carry out site surveys to understand technical requirements and creative possibilities. Work with our in-house designers to create bespoke festive and decorative lighting proposals. Prepare tailored commercial quotes and manage the full sales cycle from first contact to order. Be the key point of contact throughout project delivery, liaising with installers and internal teams. Ensure all schemes comply with traffic management and safety requirements. Build long-term relationships, identify upsell opportunities and secure repeat business. Manage your pipeline to hit monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.

Who You Are



A proven B2B salesperson (3+ years) who thrives on winning new business. Ideally experienced in lighting, events, retail estates, commercial property or built environments. A strong communicator who can influence senior stakeholders in both public and private sectors. Organised, self-motivated and comfortable managing your diary remotely. Experienced in using CRM systems and managing structured pipelines. Full UK driving licence required. Flexible working during peak season (Sept-Dec), with occasional weekend work.
