The Role:
As Sales and Manager, you will:
Handling vendor enquiries, promoting our services, and nurturing customers to instruction stage
Attracting buyers through the advertising of properties on various channels, including online platforms and traditional media.
Scheduling and conducting (where necessary) property viewings, showcasing the features and benefits of the property to potential buyers.
Act as an intermediary between buyers and sellers, facilitating negotiations, expressions of interest and working towards mutually agreeable deals
Managing the sales process, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed, and coordinating with solicitors and other relevant parties.
Ensuring business performance targets and KPIs are met or exceeded.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to inform business sales strategy
Over time, mentor and develop a growing team of sales executives and account managers.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in property sales, ideally within Shared Ownership, affordable housing, or estate agency settings.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent commercial acumen and a data-led approach to decision-making.
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
A hands-on mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
Creative thinker with a flair for sales and customer experience.
