As our high-profile Sales Manager, you will:


Lead and inspire a high-performing sales team, setting ambitious goals and providing strategic guidance to exceed them. Develop and implement sales strategies that align with dealership objectives and Ford Motor Company standards for both Car and Commercial Vehicles. Cultivate a positive and collaborative team environment, fostering individual growth and development. Build strong relationships with customers, prioritizing their needs and ensuring a consistently exceptional buying experience. Drive profitable sales growth, utilizing data analysis and market insights to identify and capitalize on opportunities. Contribute to the dealership's overall success, participating in operational decisions and ensuring smooth running across all departments.

Experienced industry Sales Manager with either Car or Commercial Vehicle background. Have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and leading teams to success. Demonstrate strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and mentor others. Possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Are passionate about the automotive industry and the Ford brand. Are highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Embrace a data-driven approach and are comfortable utilizing technology to optimize sales performance.

Experience:


Motor Sales: 2 years Sales Management experience required.

Service Advisor

We have a vacancy for a full time Service Advisor at our Spalding Dealership.


The role and primarily day-to-day duties and responsibilities will include:




Handling all customer requirements for service and repairs in an efficient and professional manner. Maximising service profitability and customer retention Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction at all times to achieve Manufacturer and TCH standards Maintain excellent standards of departmental administration To support all aftersales departments at key / busy times To help the department / dealership achieve standards of process efficiency

Skills and Experience required including:




Enthusiasm to deliver and continuously improve product knowledge through a dedicated manufacturer training program The desire to achieve the highest standard of customer care, measured through a manufacturer CSI program and customer retention. A flexible approach with the ability to adjust in a changing / busy environment Experience of upselling products and services

Previous experience in customer service is desirable and preferably within a dealership capacity - although full training will be provided
