Overview


We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a proven track record in sales management within the ISO Certification sector. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing strategies to achieve sales targets, managing team performance, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities



Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives. Supervise and manage the sales team, providing guidance and support to enhance performance. Foster a positive team environment that encourages collaboration and high morale. Monitor sales metrics and analyse performance data to identify areas for improvement. Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team skills in merchandising, communication, and customer engagement. Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Oversee inventory management and merchandising standards to optimise product presentation. Handle administrative tasks related to sales reporting, scheduling, and team management. Utilise excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to engage with customers effectively. Work directly with the Marketing team in conjunction with the sales team. Hitting your own sales targets as well as your team targets set by KPI'S.

Experience



Proven experience in sales management or a similar role within the ISO Certification industry. Strong supervisory experience with demonstrated ability in team management. Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse clientele. Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Leadership qualities that inspire and motivate team members towards achieving common goals. Familiarity with administrative processes related to sales operations is an advantage.
