Area Sales Manager - North East Region

Competitive salary dependent on qualifications & experience plus company car or allowance

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a sales professional to join the team at our Sedgefield Depot. The primary role of the position would be the hire and sale of our site accommodation fleet / AV modular system as well as seeking opportunities to establish framework agreements with specific clients. The role will therefore involve creating and identifying new business opportunities as well as furthering existing relationships with clients which include SMEs, main contractors, and local authorities throughout the North East Area. The role requires extensive travel in and around the North East area, therefore a full UK clean driving licence is required. You would be required to visit the Sedgefield depot (TS21 3EE) approximately once per week.

What's involved

Sourcing new business and identifying key decision makers

Maintaining existing relationships within our client base

Keeping an up-to-date weekly call log and enquiry register using our CRM Database

Producing quotations

Negotiating contract conditions and payment terms, minimising risk to the company

Working closely with in house technical departments

Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager on a weekly basis

Your experience

Experience in a similar role in the cabin / modular market or the construction / plant industry would be advantageous but is not essential

The hours are Monday to Friday 09:00 to 17:00 with a 1-hour lunch break. Hours may be negotiable for the right candidate.
