The Role
We're looking for a motivated
Sales Manager
to lead and develop our in-house and remote sales teams. You'll drive performance, implement effective sales strategies, and play a key part in achieving our growth ambitions.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver sales strategies to achieve business goals
Lead, motivate, and manage remote and in-house sales teams
Monitor sales performance and report to senior management
Collaborate with other departments to optimise sales processes
Provide daily training, mentorship, and performance management
Achieve and exceed weekly KPIs
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in sales management or team leadership
Strong communication, motivation, and coaching skills
Target-driven with a strategic, hands-on approach
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft
What We Offer:
40,000 basic salary + OTE 70,000
