Sales Team Leader
I am looking to recruit a self motivated Sales Manager in to a newly formed Midlands region for a market leading structural warranty/insurance provider. I am also recruiting for 3 sales executives who will report in to you.
This is a player/manager role and will come with stretched individuals and team sales targets.
We work with Housebuilders, Developers & Contractors to provide a structural warranty on new build & conversion developments.
You will be expected to:
Generate new business & Ensure your team hit's KPI's constantly.
Manage your clients to ensure repeat business & high levels of customer service
Either have a knowledge of Insurance or Housebuilding - but at least be willing to learn!
Stay compliant with FCA regulation.
Starting salary is DOE but c. 30-50k with an OTE up to 100k - earnings upcapped.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 30,000.00-50,000.00 per year
Ability to commute/relocate:
Tamworth: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
