As Sales Manager, you will lead and grow sales of toys and gaming products into key UK retail accounts. You will own client relationships, build retailer strategies, secure new listings, and deliver strong commercial results for the portfolio of brands represented by Sales Sprint Global.
This is a hands-on, commercially focused role suited to someone with knowledge of UK retail and proven experience in the toy, gaming, or other relevant sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to grow the toys & gaming category across UK retail.
Manage and expand relationships with key retailer partners.
Identify and secure new listing opportunities, seasonal promotions, and exclusives.
Deliver revenue targets, margin goals, and forecast accuracy for assigned brands.
Prepare and lead retailer pitches, line reviews, and commercial negotiations.
Work closely with brand partners to shape UK-specific plans, pricing, and promotional calendars.
Monitor category trends, competitive landscape, and retailer performance to inform strategic decisions.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, supply chain, operations, leadership) to ensure best-in-class execution.
Produce regular reports, business reviews, and insight-led recommendations for brand partners and leadership.
Represent Sales Sprint Global at trade shows, previews, and industry events.
Skills & Experience Required
Proven success in sales within toys, gaming, entertainment, or other relevant categories.
Strong network and demonstrated experience selling into major UK retail accounts.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Commercially driven with strong analytical and forecasting capabilities.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment with multiple brands.
Highly organised with the ability to manage competing deadlines and priorities.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
