Position Summary: The Sales Manager UK, Ireland & META you will develop the sales strategy/plan and provide leadership and direction to sales team driving the business in the territory. Set-up partnerships to address market opportunities. Personally develop professional relationships with key customers, build up sales opportunities and progress them through the sales cycle to successful close. Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the sales strategy and business plan to deliver long term sales growth throughout region
  • Coach, motivate and manage the sales team to improve efficiencies and performance
  • Achievement of sales goals
  • Collaborate with vendors/local distributors to develop mutually beneficial business
  • Develop and routinely visit key customers and effectively sell all product lines
  • New business development. Drive marketing initiatives both directly and through the team, research and make proactive outbound calls/visits to identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities
  • Develop and maintain a regional forecast
  • Work with local logistics/freight forwarders to ensure the most reliable and cost effective import/export of products on rental
  • Participate in formal presentations to customers; deliver sales presentations to convert typical purchasers into rental customers
  • Proactively provide market (strategic) feedback to the Company on the changing market needs
  • Effectively work with the Company sales organization, customer services and operations to provide timely customer solutions within the territory
  • Remain knowledgeable on competitive products and technologies.
  • May recommend product and services enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential
  • Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
  • Performs a variety of tasks
  • A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected
  • Typically reports to top Management
Qualifications:
  • Proven track record in Sales
  • Higher Level. A Levels, equivalent
  • Phone and face to face Sales
  • High level of competence and understanding of T&M industry and products (technical degree)
  • Literate and understanding of CRM systems
  • Evidence of project planning/management skills
  • Able to enthuse people around them to achieve goals and work together
  • High Stability

Experience & Education
  • 4 year bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree accredited institution
*This position will be hybrid and required to be onsite at our Harrow, U.K. offices 3 days a week. Physical Requirements
  • All positions will require, to some degree, the physical abilities described below to perform the essential functions of the job
  • Work the expected hours, consistently arrive at work at the agreed time and follow Company rules and guidelines regarding breaks and meal periods. This role will typically work 40 hours per week with additional work time as needed
  • Communicate effectively, both oral and written
  • Move around and through all work areas as needed, may include climbing stairs or ladders
  • Lift and/or move up to 5 kilos (i.e. books, reports, binders etc.)
  • Regularly sit at the assigned workstation
  • Use keyboard or equivalent equipment, to access the computer
  • Use hands to manipulate documents and general paperwork to view contents
  • Read documents, reports, files etc.
  • Communicate effectively using the telephone and email
  • Travel up to 40% required
