What You'll Do

Build brand presence and market share across the UK and European markets Manage and expand relationships with distributors, dealers, consultants, and integrators Conduct product demos plus technical and sales trainings Drive new business development and open new channel opportunities Maintain and grow a project pipeline; forecast clearly and consistently Provide both pre-sales and post-sales support to partners and customers Travel frequently to partner sites, customer meetings, and industry events Collaborate with product, support, and marketing teams on strategic initiatives Represent the company at key events, including

Share insights on product opportunities and emerging market needs


Must-Have Qualifications

8+ years in the Pro AV industry

Established relationships with

UK Pro AV dealers, distributors, and consultants

Proven channel sales experience with measurable success Technical fluency across AV/IT (USB, UC, networking fundamentals, AV-over-IP, signal routing) Ability to present confidently to technical and commercial audiences Strong B2B sales track record Based in the

UK

(London preferred) Willing and able to travel

50%+

Comfortable operating independently as the first hire in the region

Highly Desirable

AVIXA CTS-certified

(CTS, CTS-D, or CTS-I) Fluency in

German, French, or Spanish

Experience covering EMEA or APAC territories Technical pre-sales or post-sales experience Prior roles with or selling into brands such as Poly/HP, Barco, Logitech, Lightware, Crestron, Extron, QSC, Cisco, etc. Familiarity with unified collaboration technologies
