V&H Homes is a leading independent, family-run estate agency with an outstanding reputation for service and deep local roots. We are entering a major growth phase, including plans for a future branch launch, and are seeking an ambitious

Sales Manager / Valuer

to

lead our residential sales function

and play a key role in the next stage of our expansion.

Package

Basic salary: 30,000 - 40,000 (depending on experience) On Target Earnings: 60,000 - 90,000+ Commission: Competitive company sales commission plus individual referral commission

Your role will include:

Leading and managing daily sales operations and team performance Owning and growing the full sales pipeline - valuations, conversion rates, listing quality and instruction volume Personally conducting valuations and winning instructions Full accountability for sales KPIs - valuation-to-instruction ratio, listing volume, exchanges, average fee achieved, fall-through % Overseeing property marketing (brochures, professional photography, portal uploads) - with ability to delegate Leading weekly sales meetings and reporting directly to the business owners

A proven track record of ambition and growth within estate agency A driven, commercially minded individual ready to lead - not just list Strong negotiation, relationship-building and customer-service ability Highly organised and proactive with exceptional communication skills Full UK driving licence

Monday - Thursday: 09:00 - 18:00 Friday: 09:00 - 17:00 Alternate Saturdays: 09:00 - 17:00 (day off in lieu) 32 days holiday (including bank holidays) Pension scheme
