Sales Manager Video AdTech
Salary up to 338,000 to 345,000 + Competitive OTE
London, Hybrid
Focus on Independent Agencies
We are working with a new and innovative company that is revolutionising the video AdTech landscape. Due to a strong period of growth, they are looking to expand their UK sales team with a new Sales Manager who will focus on building relationships with independent agencies.
This is a start up business so theyre looking for someone that is excited about joining a company as its early stages and to play a part in its journey. Youd also get access to the senior leadership team from day one.
The Role:

• Overall responsibility for arranging and attending sales meetings with clients (Media agencies), building strong, lasting relationships.
• Pitching to agencies and clients, showcasing the unique value proposition of the company.
• Writing proposals and contributing to bids.
• Consistently driving revenue through pitching and closing deals.
• Proactively engaging and finding new business within your agency patch, with a focus on independent agencies. Once established, there is scope to take ownership of key accounts.
• Providing forecasts, reports, and plans to management as required.

Your Profile:

• You will have worked as a Sales Manager, Sales Executive, or Senior Sales Executive previously.
• Excellent knowledge of how to grow and bring in new business.
• A strong understanding of the digital media landscape, with a passion for video and disruptive technologies.
• Preferably, you will have 2-4 years of experience in media, advertising, or tech sales.
• Proven experience in maintaining a strong sales track record.
• Confident in using data and analytical skills to improve performance and provide insights and recommendations.
