Wakefield HQ needs a sales manager who can turn ambition into daily results.

We are seeking a strong Sales Manager who can lead our Wakefield clinic & HQ as if it were their own business. Someone who demands growth. Someone who wants responsibility. Someone who knows success is not handed out. It is earned.

This is not a safe, static management role. It is a commercial leadership position inside an ambitious group.

What You Bring



Experience in driving conversions, sales, and growth. A record of inspiring and leading people to higher performance Clear commercial judgement and confidence with numbers Strong organisation with a calm, steady way of handling pressure A natural ability to support the sales staff in guiding patient conversion

What You Will Do



Lead and coach a high-performing team across clinical, sales, and front of house Shape the commercial heartbeat of the clinic and grow revenue every month Own the full patient journey from first contact to treatment completion and beyond Strengthen treatment uptake with confident, ethical sales conversations Set standards that lift patient experience, communication, and trust You would work five days a week, including Saturdays, which are essential for the role.
