The Little Kitchen Company is a Winchester based multi-award-winning caterer with 14 years of experience in creating memorable events across Hampshire.
From intimate dining, corporate celebrations and the most amazing weddings - we pride ourselves on exceptional service, attention to detail and personalised experiences for all our clients.
Our events vary from small to large, corporate and private, and we look after everything from catering to tablescapes, bars and design.
We're on the lookout for a passionate, energetic and driven sales manager to join our fast-paced team and lead our sales enquiries - helping our clients to create those memorable celebrations!
Key responsibilities
Proactively contact and build relationships with clients, strengthening rapport and upselling where possible
Ensure the company's CRM system has all the correct, up-to-date information & cleanse client records as necessary
Provide creative insight and solutions to make the events experience as unique and memorable as possible
Confidently guide and advise clients through menus and planning to create tailored quotes
Ensure a high level of consistent client communication through follow-ups and booking process
Arrange show rounds at selected venues with the prospect of building quotes
Build and strengthen venue relationships (both current and new), ensuring regular contact and attending wedding & event showcases
Ensure a smooth handover to our event managers once bookings are confirmed
Diary management and understanding of short lead conversions (mainly for corporate and post service enquiries)
Flexibility and willingness to help the team - helping with deliveries and events is necessary to the role.

Passionate, dynamic and energetic individual, with drive and determination to hit key objectives
Driving licence and own transport
Ability to commute to Winchester
2 years sales experience (ideally in hospitality sector)
