Candy Paradise

is a fast-growing confectionery brand making waves in the UK market. We specialise in innovative sweets that bring fun and excitement to customers, from wholesalers to retailers. As we continue our expansion, we are looking for a new team member - someone creative, ambitious, and ready to grow with us.

You'll split your time in the office & out on the field managing relationships with wholesalers, retailers, and distributors across the UK. You will also have opportunities for international travel to support exhibitions, trade shows, and global partners. You will also have access to a commission schedule providing uncapped commissions on existing and new accounts.

Sales & Account Management:

Manage and grow existing wholesale accounts across the UK & Europe.*
Pitch and open new accounts with wholesalers, retailers, and distributors.*
Regular travel across the UK to visit accounts and build strong relationships.*
Attend expos, trade fairs, and sampling activations.*
Track sales performance and report weekly.*

International Exposure:

Support Candy Paradise at international exhibitions and trade shows as needed.*
Travelling to the EU may be required.*

About You

Confident & creative*
Comfortable in front of and behind the camera.*
Strong communicator with excellent relationship-building skills.*
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage your own schedule.*
Willing to travel nationally (full UK driving licence required).*
FMCG/confectionery experience is a bonus but not essential.*
