Duties



Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company targets and objectives. Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to enhance performance and achieve individual and team goals. Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management, providing insights into performance metrics. Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales initiatives with promotional campaigns. Conduct training sessions for new hires on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service standards. Monitor industry developments and adjust strategies accordingly to maintain competitive advantage.

Skills



Proven experience in a sales management role with a strong understanding of sales principles and practices. Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team. Strong analytical skills to assess performance metrics and market conditions effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels. Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and track performance. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on achieving results.
