Role and Responsibilities:
As a Sales Manager or Senior Sales Negotiator with us, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales, nurturing client relationships, and fostering a high-performing team culture. Your responsibilities will include:
Team Leadership: Motivate, guide, and mentor a team of dedicated sales agents to achieve and exceed targets.
Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to maximise revenue and market share.
Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional service throughout the sales process.
Market Insights: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.
Performance Analysis: Monitor team performance metrics and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and support teams to optimise sales efforts and enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Proven experience in real estate sales, with a track record of achieving and surpassing targets.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills to inspire and guide your team.
- In-depth knowledge of the London property market and industry trends.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities to handle complex transactions.

- Full UK Driving License.
- Right to work in the UK or Work Visa without sponsorship (required).
