Job Summary



We are looking for an energetic and creative

Sales and Marketing Administrator

to join our team for up to six months at our head office in Corby, Northamptonshire. If you have a passion for sales, marketing, and building strong customer relationships, this is a fantastic opportunity to grow your career!

Responsibilities and Duties



Assist in preparing sales and marketing presentations and promotional materials

Supporting the sales team with questionnaires and follow-ups

Support the tender return process

Conducting market research to identify new opportunities

Assist with and control quality of data entry, CRM management, and reporting

Attend meetings and take minutes

General Administrative support for the team

Assist with organising sales/client/supplier/employee events

Travel nationwide to capture photo and video content

Purchasing for the department and associated admin

Assist in creation of monthly reports

Management of team planner/to do lists

Data collection

Administration of site drawings

What We're Looking For



A full UK driving license GCSE Maths and English Strong communication and interpersonal skills Creativity and a keen eye for design (experience with Canva or Adobe Suite is a plus) Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Ability to multitask and manage time and deadlines effectively High attention to detail and accuracy Independence and self-reliance Enthusiastic and hardworking attitude Ability to think on your feet and be self-motivated A team player Communicating with clients professionally and courteously A positive, can-do attitude that fits our team culture Customer service mindset
