Southern Motor Contracts are looking for a new member of the team! This is a hybrid role, with the focus on Sales Administration and the remainder on Marketing. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting our sales team with administrative tasks while also contributing to the planning and execution of our established marketing.
Main Duties
Process new sales and renewal orders generated by the sales team.
Provide general administration to the sales team as required.
Liaise with logistics and drivers to ensure smooth operations.
Coordinate with suppliers to organise third-party services.
Manage & grow our social media accounts
Plan, create and schedule content in line with a monthly content calendar
Post engaging on-brand content tailored to our market audience
Uploading blog content to our website
Manage our newsletter through Mailchimp
Monitor marketing performance metrics

Computer proficiency
Previous administration experience
Previous marketing experience
