Who We Are:

We're Jonic - a small, family-run business that's been helping people sleep more comfortably in their caravans and motorhomes since 2006. We design and make custom bedding, toppers, and mattresses for the not-so-standard shapes you'll find in leisure vehicles. We take pride in offering great quality, friendly service, and a down-to-earth approach.

The Role:

We're on the lookout for a friendly, organised, and enthusiastic Sales & Marketing Assistant to join our close-knit team. If you're new to sales and marketing and looking to build experience in a supportive environment where your ideas will be heard - this could be the perfect role for you.

You'll get stuck into a bit of everything: helping customers, supporting the marketing team, handling social media, and pitching in with day-to-day admin. No two days are quite the same!

What You'll Be Doing:

Chatting with customers by phone, email, and online to answer questions and help them find what they need Turning enquiries into sales with a helpful, friendly approach Supporting our customers after purchase and keeping them happy Helping the marketing team create content and run campaigns Posting and planning updates for our social media (mostly organic) Keeping things ticking over with admin and order processing Pitching in with fresh ideas - we love a team player! A couple of times a year, attending exhibitions to chat to customers and sell on our stand

What We're Looking For:

A positive, can-do attitude and good communication skills Comfortable chatting with customers over the phone Organised and happy juggling tasks Interest in marketing, sales, or retail Some knowledge of social media platforms Basic Microsoft Office skills

Bonus Points For:

Previous customer service or sales experience Writing or creative content skills Knowledge of email marketing or e-commerce platforms
