Key Responsibilities
Marketing Support (c.60%) & Sales Administration & Support (c.40%)
Schedule and post approved content on LinkedIn and Facebook
Repurpose existing materials and support email campaigns
Maintain mailing lists and track basic performance metrics
Update website content and organise marketing collateral
Liaise with designers to request visual assets
Assign enquiries to partners and follow up
Maintain CRM (HubSpot) records and produce basic reports
Make scripted introductory follow-up calls (no selling)
Support partner activity, training bookings and events
Assist with standard sales documentation
What We're Looking For
Essential
Experience in a sales support, marketing assistant or similar role
Comfortable working across sales and marketing tasks
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Clear written communication
Familiarity with LinkedIn, CRM and email marketing tools
* Ability to work independently and manage priorities
