We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales/Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support the sales and marketing departments by assisting with various tasks that drive customer engagement and enhance our brand presence. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and have experience with Salesforce, as well as the ability to communicate effectively in Spanish.
Responsibilities
Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns to promote products and services.
Support the sales team by preparing presentations, reports, and sales materials.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Analyse sales data to provide insights that inform strategic decisions.
Maintain accurate records in Salesforce, ensuring all customer interactions are logged appropriately.
Collaborate with team members to organise promotional events and product launches.
Provide administrative support to the sales and marketing teams as required.
Experience
Previous experience in a sales or marketing role is preferred but not essential.
Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is advantageous.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
