We are seeking a dynamic Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team in the UK. This role is pivotal in driving our sales strategies and marketing initiatives, contributing significantly to our mission of delivering exceptional service and value to our customers.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth. Oversee marketing campaigns and analyze their performance. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales and marketing efforts. Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales performance and customer interactions. Provide training and support to the sales team. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities. Manage social media Instagram/tiktok/ linked in Manage eBay/ Amazon/tiktok shop/ business website

Qualifications

Proven experience in B2B sales management. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively. Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Knowledge of the building materials industry is a plus.
