We're Hiring: Sales, Marketing & Customer Success Lead
25-40 Hours Available (Solihull-based)
RobocodeUK is on a mission to raise a generation of builders - not just in tech, but in life.
We teach kids coding, robotics, AI, and engineering - but every course is rooted in purposeful learning.
Now we're looking for a driven, strategic and people-first leader to take ownership of three vital areas:
Sales - turning interest into long-term customers
Marketing - spreading the story, building demand
Customer Success - guiding families through their journey and ensuring they stay
What You'll Do:
Convert leads from online/offline campaigns into signups
Track, optimise, and follow up leads through our CRM
Launch local ads, emails, SMS campaigns, and outreach drives
Nurture existing families through structured communication
Build referral systems, loyalty incentives, and retention tools
Feed insights back into strategy and operations
Be the heart of our relationship with parents, schools, and partners
You Should Be:
Highly organised, persuasive, and purpose-driven
Strong in spoken and written English (storytelling matters)
Experienced in using tools like Mailchimp, Meta Ads, Stripe, Calendly, etc.
Comfortable speaking to customers and closing deals with warmth and clarity
Passionate about education, youth, and doing things that actually help people
Not afraid to lead systems, ask questions, and own your department
This is a core leadership role. You'll be the bridge between what we do and how families experience it.

Pay: 32,000.00-45,000.00 per year
