JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
It is our ambition to substantially grow our business internationally over the coming years. The Marketing Executive will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand presence, driving engagement across global markets, and supporting our commercial growth.
We are actively recruiting ambitious, creative, and results-driven individuals with initiative, a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a passion for digital marketing.
We are currently seeking a talented individual with 3-5 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably within financial services or technology. The day-to-day responsibilities of the Marketing Executive will include:
Developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns to support lead generation and brand awareness.
Creating compelling content for digital platforms, including website, social media, email, and thought leadership pieces.
Managing SEO, PPC, and paid media strategies to drive traffic and conversions.
Supporting product launches and client communications with targeted messaging and collateral.
Collaborating with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
Analysing campaign performance and reporting on KPIs to inform future strategy.
Maintaining and evolving the company's brand identity across all touch points.
DESIRED CANDIDATE:
The ideal candidate will have a degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, and 3-5 years of experience in a fast-paced marketing environment. Experience in financial services, RegTech, or SaaS is highly desirable.
Preferred skills include:
Strong copywriting and content creation abilities.
Proficiency in marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp).
Familiarity with Google Analytics, AdWords, and SEO best practices.
Graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) are a plus.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
