Engagement: Self-Employed Contract

Hours: 15-20 hours per week to start (with potential to grow)

Rate: 15.00 per hour (starting rate) + Performance-Based Commission

This role is hands-on and will require regular in-person collaboration at our base in Duns, Scottish Borders (TD11).

The Role

We are looking for a highly driven, creative, and motivated individual who can deliver results and thrive in a hybrid working structure. While you will have flexibility to work remotely part of the time, this is not a fully remote role -- being within commutable distance is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Create, manage, and execute social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) Develop and run digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and customer engagement Produce engaging, high-quality content including posts, reels, graphics, and short-form video Monitor performance analytics, report on progress, and adjust campaigns for maximum ROI Collaborate directly with management to align marketing activities with business goals Bring fresh ideas and creativity to help us stand out in a competitive market
About You

The ideal candidate will be:

? A self-starter with energy, creativity, and ambition

? Experienced in social media management and digital marketing (professional or freelance)

? Confident with design and scheduling tools such as Canva, Photoshop, and Meta Business Suite

? A strong communicator with excellent copywriting and visual storytelling skills

? Organised, deadline-driven, and able to work independently with accountability

? Based locally to Duns, Scottish Borders (TD11), with ability to attend in-person sessions weekly
