About the role
Generate new business opportunities: research potential clients, build and maintain our CRM database, and set up qualified appointments for the Sales Director.
Create and deliver impactful marketing campaigns: across email, direct mail, social media and phone, with a strong focus on creativity, measurement, and improvement.
Build our brand online: manage an engaging LinkedIn presence that reflects our value, credibility, and expertise.
Produce compelling marketing content: including case studies, client testimonials, and news pieces to support the sales process.
Work closely with the Sales Director, attending appointments, tracking leads, and supporting all stages of the new business journey.
About you
Proven experience in B2B sales and/or marketing (experience in MSP or IT environments is a plus).
A good understanding of the sales cycle, lead generation, and digital marketing principles (SEO, social media, content marketing).
You must be confident and comfortable making outbound calls and engaging new prospects. Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a persuasive, results-driven mindset.
Experience using CRM systems such as Halo or HubSpot.
Familiarity with email marketing tools and creative design platforms like Canva or Photoshop is desirable.
