We're Hiring: Sales & Marketing Executive

Location: Feltham TW14 8RW

Hours: 10 AM - 7 PM, 6 days a week

Pay: 24,420 - 47,961 + bonuses (based on results)

The Mission

Turn every lead into a booking. Make sure no customer gets ignored. Capture what's happening in the business and turn it into content people actually want to watch.

We're a fast-moving automotive & detailing brand. You'll be the voice of the business -- talking to customers, following up leads, and showing the best of what we do online.

What You'll Be Doing

Call every incoming lead from social media, phone, or web -- 6 days a week. Follow up with old leads until they say "yes" or "no". Answer calls and handle customer questions from 10 AM - 7 PM. Film, photograph, and record what's happening in the business to create engaging content (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube). Post weekly Google My Business updates that actually get attention. Work with our marketing company and detailing team to produce blogs, reels, and posts. Talk to walk-in customers and close the sale. Visit local businesses to pitch partnerships and fleet work. Network at events and within the automotive industry.

Who You Are

Confident communicator -- you build trust easily. Great on the phone and comfortable on camera. Organised, reliable, and proactive -- you don't wait to be told what to do. You like creating content and connecting with people. Sales, customer service, or social media experience helps, but attitude wins. Full UK driving licence preferred.
