Job Summary

True North Taproom Leeds is looking for an energetic and creative Sales & Marketing Executive to help grow our presence in the Leeds hospitality scene. This role is perfect for someone passionate about craft beer, great food, and vibrant nightlife, who can connect with customers and partners to drive footfall, events, and brand awareness. You'll be at the heart of promoting our bar, building lasting relationships with local businesses, and creating exciting campaigns that showcase what makes True North Taproom special.

Duties

Develop and deliver marketing campaigns to increase awareness, bookings, and footfall at True North Taproom Leeds. Build relationships with local businesses, event organisers, and community groups to drive private hires, partnerships, and collaborations. Create engaging content for social media, newsletters, and promotional materials that reflect our brand identity. Support planning and promotion of events, from live music nights to beer tastings and seasonal specials. Track customer engagement and campaign performance to identify opportunities for growth. Provide excellent customer service when dealing with enquiries for private hire, group bookings, and partnerships. Represent True North Taproom Leeds at networking events, trade shows, and local hospitality forums. Work closely with the operations and bar team to ensure sales and marketing strategies align with customer experience.

Requirements

Experience in hospitality sales, marketing, or events is highly desirable. Knowledge and passion for craft beer, bars, or the Leeds drink scene. Strong communication and relationship-building skills with both customers and business partners. Creative flair for social media content and promotional campaigns. Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Strong organisational skills and an eye for detail when planning events and campaigns. Previous experience with CRM or booking systems is beneficial but not essential.

Pay: From 13.50 per hour
