Spice Kitchen

is a multi-award-winning family food brand, known for our chef-approved spice blends, sari-wrapped gifts, bestselling cookbooks and energetic presence on TikTok, at events and on QVC. We're growing fast -- and we're looking for a positive, confident and creative all-rounder to join our team.

About the Role

This is a varied and hands-on role for someone who loves people, social media, and the buzz of live selling. You'll sit across

TikTok Live

,

trade & consumer events

,

retailer support

, and

brand activations

, helping us bring Spice Kitchen to life both online and in-person.

You'll also support with marketing, event planning and day-to-day admin to keep things running smoothly.

Perfect for someone with 1-3 years' experience in sales, social, events, or marketing -- or a confident graduate with the right energy and willingness to learn.

What You'll Be Doing

TikTok & Content

Host or support

TikTok Lives

to drive brand engagement and sales Create content ideas, prep products for livestreams and support with TikTok affiliate activity Help develop our social media presence across multiple channels

Events, Shows & Activations

Represent the brand at

trade shows, consumer markets and live events

nationwide Confidently talk to customers, sell products and deliver an exceptional brand experience Support with

pop-ups, workshops, tastings and brand activations

Assist with

QVC

prep and, in time, support presenting where needed

Sales & Trade Support

Support outbound sales activity with retailers, garden centres, delis and gifting partners Build strong relationships with buyers and partners Assist with follow-up, samples, outreach and retailer admin

Marketing & Admin

Support campaign planning, newsletters, PR, sampling and influencer partnerships Assist with event planning, logistics, stock and van loading/unloading General office and operational support as needed -- everyone rolls up their sleeves here

About You

Must-Haves

? Confident communicator who loves speaking to people
? Full UK driving licence and

comfortable driving a van

(training provided)
? Based in/near Liverpool with ability to work in-office approx. 3 days/week
? Positive, proactive and happy to get stuck into anything needed
? Comfortable being on camera and presenting products with personality

Bonus Skills (nice to have, not essential)

? Experience in TikTok, social media, livestreaming or on-camera presenting
? Events, retail, hospitality or customer-facing background
? Interest in food, cooking, gifting or lifestyle brands
? Organised with good attention to detail
