The Sales & Marketing Executive will be responsible for driving business growth by promoting the company's utility services, acquiring new customers, and supporting marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility. The role involves identifying sales opportunities, managing customer relationships, negotiating service contracts, and achieving monthly sales targets. The postholder will also assist with marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads and strengthen the company's presence in the UK utility market.
Identify and target new customers for gas, electricity, broadband, or telecom services.
Conduct outbound sales calls, client visits, and presentations to promote utility packages.
Analyse customer needs and recommend suitable service plans and tariffs.
Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and service agreements.
Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and service packages with customers.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure long-term business relationships.
Build and manage a pipeline of prospective clients and update CRM records accurately.
Marketing Responsibilities
Support the development and implementation of marketing campaigns for utility services.
Assist in creating digital marketing content (social media posts, email marketing, promotional materials).
Conduct market research to identify customer trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities.
Help organise promotional activities, outreach events, and brand awareness campaigns.
Collaborate with senior management to generate new lead-generation strategies.
Monitor performance of marketing activities and provide feedback or improvement suggestions.
General Responsibilities
Provide weekly and monthly sales performance reports.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of utility products, tariffs, and company offerings.
Work closely with customer service and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
