We are seeking a dynamic and highly organised Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving sales initiatives, executing marketing campaigns, and coordinating events to enhance brand visibility and foster business growth. Burlock: Our party bar with DJs every Friday & Saturday, it's also one for the rum lovers, with over 200 rums and regularly hosts rum tastings and other themed events. Bond St.
FAM: the neighbourhood cocktail bar focusing on incredible hospitality and homely atmosphere. Bond St.
Reports to: Multi-Site Sales Manager
Hours: 40 hours weekly.
Days: Predominantly Tuesday-Saturday with some evenings needed to create content.
What you'll be doing:
Marketing:
You will own our social media channels creating engaging content through video, imagery and graphics. We want to make sure our venues are out there as much as possible but also to help drive enquiries and bookings.
Develop and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and print.
Create posters, flyers and digital material including marketing material and menus.
Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights for optimisation. We need to know what works and what doesn't.
Develop event marketing strategies to maximise attendance and engagement.
Sales & Events:
Assist in generating leads and managing customer relationships.
Monitor sales metrics and prepare regular reports to track progress and identify opportunities for improvement.
Liaise with clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Plan and execute events, from full venue corporate hires to birthday parties to engagements and weddings to photo shoots.
About you:
You are organised with a strong eye for detail. You'll have great initiative and love coming up with creative ideas - we want you to get stuck in quickly.
Strong customer service focus, someone that always wants to help.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Have had some marketing experience before or has a marketing qualification.
Experience in using CRM systems, social media platforms, and marketing tools.
