This is a hands-on, proactive role supporting the hotel's sales activity, working closely with the Business Development Director and wider hotel teams to drive revenue and deliver great guest experiences.

What You'll Do

Sales Support Activity

Support proactive sales initiatives across key market segments Assist with handling enquiries, proposals and follow-ups Maintain accurate records, systems and sales activity tracking Support and manage the hotel's social media channels, creating engaging content that promotes the hotel, drives awareness and supports sales activity

Client Guest Engagement

Build positive relationships with clients, agents and partners Deliver a responsive, solutions-focused approach to enquiries Represent the hotel professionally at all times

Collaboration Learning

Work closely with the Sales Marketing team to support revenue targets Collaborate with Operations to ensure a seamless guest journey Develop your sales, marketing and hospitality knowledge on the job
