Departmental Function



Grow Airinmar business through sales and negotiation of new customer contracts

Develop and lead Airinmar's marketing and sales strategy, including pricing

Facilitate new customer account implementation

Apply continuous improvement to develop Airinmar's processes, procedures and systems in order to improve the department's overall efficiency and ability to meet the needs of the customer.

Apply continuous improvement, industry research and collaborate with other Airinmar departments to bring new services to the market and maintain Airinmar's competitiveness.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities



Working alongside the department head and Corporate Marketing team in developing and maintaining the company's website. Preparing and publishing material on company's website and approved social media channels to promote Airinmar's services and work culture

Working with departments in obtaining case studies for future sales presentation and material

Press release preparation and liaison with all the appropriate stakeholders at Airinmar and AAR

Developing and maintaining templates for various company presentations and services proposals as well as introducing new and updated formatting and visuals

Perform market reviews, and develop plan of action to have Airinmar represented in the best possible way in relation to market demands

Provide recommendations to the business highlighting possible areas of development and new potential value streams in-line with Airinmar's capabilities and position in the market

Supporting the sales leads with internal and external action follow-ups as directed.

Candidate Profile



Should either hold a degree/HND/HNC in a Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field or have relevant work experience in sales or marketing

Experience using Outlook, Word & PowerPoint (or other similar packages)

Organized, reliable, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple small projects simultaneously

Familiar with social media posting, basic content creation

Customer focused with a commitment to customer satisfaction and ability to build strong working customer relationships.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 25,000.00-30,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
